INFORMATION NOTICE AND REQUEST FOR CONSENT TO PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA REGARDING ARTICLE SUBMISSION TO STUDIES IN AGRICULTURAL ECONOMICS

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a regulation intended to strengthen and unify data protection for everyone within the European Union (EU). The aim of the registration to Studies in Agricultural Economics is to make article submission possible. The registration is voluntarily.

Personal data we ask for

Studies in Agricultural Economics collects your name, email address, affiliation and name of employer when submitting an article on-line.

Processing personal data

All personal data are treated confidentially and used only for article submission and all related communication. All personal data will be processed by the editorial team of Studies in Agricultural Economics until the person (the data subject) withdraw his or her consent, which can be done any time. Personal data will be not forwarded to any third parties. Personal data are used for an unlimited period of time.

Rights of the participant

The data subject has a right to request from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability.

The data subject may withdraw his/her consent at any time and can request the deletion of his/her personal data. Withdrawal of participation can be done with a simple email notification to the controller.

The data subject has a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

In any other issues, REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) should be followed.
